They take care of our (now) 3 Cavs like they were their own. Always try to make themselves available, and always give us options if there are any so we can decide on the best course of action.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 17 yr. old cat down this week. Dr. Souders was calm, compassionate, & reassuring. The professionalism and empathy that she and her tech showed us during this devastating time, helped us immeasurably. Dr. Souders is not only a cat whisperer, she’s a people whisperer as well, and I can’t recommend her enough.
One of the best vets I've ever been to! My cat hadn't been eating and they were able to see her the morning after I called. Dr. Souders is extremely helpful and sweet. She keeps coming up with a plan to help my cat get better and is doing everything she can. She was also good at keeping me and my husband calm while our kitty was taken back for some tests and while sharing the test results. You can tell that she and all of the staff really care about the animals and also the owners. I love that they have a kitty corner in the waiting room and offer a blanket for over the carrier, that has calming oils on it. Mac and Cheese, (the vet's cats) are awesome emotional support and I love that they wander around looking for anyone who needs some loving. I highly recommend this vet and will definitely be back!

What a great place to take your pet. I brought my 13 year old cat, Raven, to see Dr. Daisey. My cat showed concerning signs of weight loss, lack of appetite , vomiting and lack of energy . Dr. Daisey prescribed two medications and ordered a special food for her. Since that visit Raven has improved significantly . This was the first time at this practice. The staff was very kind and gentle also. Thank you for helping Raven !!!!
Dr. Yeager and the front desk staff have been amazing ! We have a two year old and a 7month old Springer Spaniel pair and the office truly cares about both of them like their own. They know what they are talking about when it comes to basic health needs or even if they aren’t feeling great. They thoroughly explain and answer every question we have! Will always bring my pets here no matter how far we are!
BMD is the gold standard for veterinarians! It’s hard for me to express just how amazing the care is, from Dr. Ian finding a rare issue on my 6 month old kitten (who lived to 17!), and Dr. Souders the cat ninja who not only knows exactly what a cat needs, but how to communicate it to the animal and the human. My other cat had asthma that we successfully treated for 16 years! You will not find a more compassionate, smart, personable, caring person than Dr. Souders! For longer than I’ve been alive my family has trusted these vets with our furry family members and I would never go anywhere else.
Jake at the front desk is always wonderful to interact with, I love speaking to him, and Dr Yeager is really kind and compassionate to my dog even with his behavioral issues
I had an excellent experience here yesterday. Dr. Jeaniene Williams treated my dog for an ear infection. The Dr and vet tech were quick and precise for the exam and treatment. I’ll also say that they were really really good with my difficult dog. It meant a lot to me that they made the stressful experience as painless as possible for me and my dog.
Wonderful, caring staff. Dr. Souders has been terrific for the care of our beagle and golden retriever. Her compassion when we had to make the difficult choice to say goodbye was above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her.
